We never hold more than 4 of any one outfit ensuring that each is as exclusive as possible.
Every Pure customer receives the Peace of Mind that's fostered from a relationship with an honest, caring, and experienced consultant, whether in the bridal showroom, or the ladies boutique. Our consultants are experts at creating the perfect look for your occasion. As a result, you won't have to deal with the high pressure sales that have become all too common among other shops. At Pure we are always on hand to offer advice and tips on colours, styles and shapes and your own consultant will always do her best to ensure that she looks after you personally, each time you visit, it's a simple thing but helps you to feel at ease and relaxed throughout your time at Pure.

From the moment you book your appointment, whether it be using our state of the art online booking service or simply by calling the showroom, you will begin to see how important both you and your day is to us. (Please Note:- appointments are not necessary at our ladies boutique) If you haven't previously done so, you will be invited to complete a Bridal Interview, giving us all the information about your wedding that is important to you. This in turn will mean that we will already have a feel for what you have in mind before you even set foot through the door!
Once you arrive you will be invited to take a seat where your consultant will chat through your plans and ideas and then she will guide you through our collection of gowns from which you will choose your favourites that you would like to try on.
We would always recommend that you
book an appointment to ensure you receive the service and time you deserve. We also ask that you only bring two trusted relatives or friends as your guests, who will give you an honest and genuine opinion and we would suggest that you allow up to two hours for your initial appointment.
Your prompt arrival to appointments is much appreciated, as we do get very busy and want to ensure you enjoy a relaxed visit. We would not wish your appointment to be rushed but as we run a very strict diary we cannot allow your time to run over as this would be unfair to the next bride. We thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We apologise that as the bridal showroom and fitting rooms are on different levels it is not suitable environment for prams or buggies as they cannot be watched at all times. We are very happy to make arrangements for wheelchair access, should this be helpful to you, but if possible please do let us know when booking your appointment.
CANCELLATION CHARGE
As we are so busy and regularly have a waiting list for appointments we now ask for your debit/credit card details to confirm your appointment, in the same way that your dentist or beauty therapist would. This simply encourages brides who need to reschedule or cancel their appointment to call us and let us know, allowing us to reallocate their appointment to a waiting bride. Should you fail to arrive for your appointment without letting us know we will raise a charge of £20.
TOP TIPS for a great appointment
- Wear a strapless, well supporting bra
- Keep underwear colours neutral
- Bring no more than 2 trusted friends or relatives
- If possible, bring a heeled shoe that is a similar height to that which you would like to wear on your wedding day
- Restrict yourself to just 3 or 4 appointments in one day
- Make sure you schedule some time out for lunch!
- Be open minded

VIP Experience- We at Pure Brides are delighted to offer you and your guests a truly memorable experience. We are excited to give you the opportunity to be truly pampered and treated like a princess whilst choosing your perfect gown.
Your VIP Experience- Receive exclusive and personal use of the Pure Brides Showrooms for you and up to 4 guests, on a week day evening of your choice (6pm − 9pm Mon − Thurs).

When should I buy my gown?
It really is never too early to buy, provided you are confident with your choice. But do remember that your gown is made especially for you and can take up to six months to arrive with us and you must allow time for fittings and alterations on top of this. Our helpful table below shows you the latest dates for ordering.
Whilst your wedding may feel a whole world away at the moment, the closer you get to the big day the more things you will have to think about, so if you know your gown is all in hand well in advance, it's just one less thing to worry about and there's nothing worse than feeling that you are being hurried into making a rush decision, so do give yourself plenty of time if you can.

WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH BRIDES WHO ARE LEAVING IT TOO LATE TO ORDER THEIR DRESS. GOWNS FROM MAGGIE SOTTERO AND SOTTERO & MIDGLEY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS TO ARRIVE WITH US AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER SHOULD YOU HAVE LESS THAN 8 MONTHS UNTIL YOUR WEDDING AS THIS WILL NOT ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR YOUR DRESS TO ARRIVE AND FOR YOU TO HAVE YOUR ALTERATIONS COMPLETED IN A STRESSFREE TIMEFRAME. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WE HATE TO DISAPPOINT OUR BRIDES, SO PLEASE DO GIVE YOURSELF AMPLE TIME TO ORDER. THANK YOU
What if I don't have this much time?
If you don't have much time until your wedding, don't despair! Some of our designers deliver to shorter timescales if needs be. They do raise a charge of £50 for this, but it does mean that sometimes a gown can be delivered in as little as 4 − 12 weeks.

We also have our fabulous range of limited edition ex sample gowns all in excellent condition and available to buy off the peg. These all have genuine reductions on the RRP too, so you will often be able to find your dream gown at a dream price and take it away with you there and then!
Do I need to book an appointment?
Whilst we will always do all we can to help you, we recommend that you always book an appointment where possible to ensure that we are able to give you all the time you need to try your favourites from our collection.
When can I come in?
We are open from 9.30 till 5 every day except Sunday. Please see our VIP service for information on evening appointments.
What sizes do you stock?
Our sample gowns range from a size 10 to a size 18 and all are available to order from a size 6 to size 32.
Can I park nearby?
Yes, you have a choice of either on street parking or various pay and display car parks nearby. Please see the map under contact us to find their location.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
We recommend that you choose wisely and bring no more than 2 trusted friends or relatives with you as we have limited seating and sometimes too many opinions can be confusing.
How long will my appointment last?
