Pure & Coronavirus

I’m so excited for what 2022 has in store, but of course, right now we do still need to follow government guidlines to ensure we are minimising the spread.

I want to personally reassure all of our brides to be about the steps we are taking here to keep all of you and my beautiful team as safe as possible during these currently unsettling times.

 

 

1) We are asking all brides and their guests to wear their masks whilst in communal areas of the store.

 

 

2) We will all be weaing either masks or visors throughout your appointment.

 

 

3) We have Superfast Broadband in the store for your use, so please do take time to set up Zoom, Facetime or Skype with those guests who cannot attend, before you come along to your appointment. Make sure any of those special guests know your arrival time and that they are ready to get involved and anticipating your call. Why not make them some interactive paddles (see the PS) so that they still feel a big part of this special time and are not missing out!

 

 

4) I’m sure this goes without saying, but if you or your guest has had a positive LFD test or if you have been in contact with anyone that is currently in isolation, please do not attend your appointment, just reply to any text or email we have sent we’ll pop you back in the diary for another time.

 

 

5) You will be shown to your own beautiful private bridal lounge via our ‘Sanitisation Station’ where you will be asked to sanitise your hands.

 

 

7) We have set aside 15 minutes between each bride to allow us to sanitise the room prior to each new brides arrival.

 

 

8) Our bathroom and toilet will be open for your use and will be sanitised regularly throughout the day as will the rest of the store, please do bear with us as this process can be a little intrusive.

 

 

ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO WASH AND/OR SANITISE THEIR HANDS ON ARRIVAL 

 

WE WILL BE ASKING YOU TO PAY BY BANK TRANSFER OR APPLE PAY WHEREVER POSSIBLE.

 

Finally, we are SUPER EXCITED to meet you and find you perfect gown, and we promise to make your experience with us a memorable as possible, for all the right reasons!

PS By paddles I mean little signs that they can hold up that say ‘YESSS, I love it’, or ‘It’s a no from me’ etc so that they can get involved and we can add a little more fun to your appointment.

 

We are in constant communication with our bridal designers and we are currently not anticipating a significant impact on delivery of brides orders, but should this situation change we will communicate directly with any bride who may be affected. We already build in a buffer of around 2-3 months between the expected delivery date of your gown and your wedding date, for just this kind of eventuality, and so we are optimistic that we will not be adding additional stress to your pre wedding preparations!


IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT WEDDING DRESS ORDERS WHERE THERE IS LESS THAN 9 MONTHS BETWEEN THE ORDER DATE AND YOUR WEDDING DATE UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, BUT THIS RULE IS BEING RELIGIOUSLY ADHERED TO FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO PANIC THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE LESS THAN 9 MONTHS UNTIL YOUR WEDDING AND HAVE YET TO FIND YOUR GOWN AS WE HAVE ACCESS TO OUR DESIGNERS STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY, IT JUST MEANS THAT YOU NEED TO BE READY TO SAY YES WHEN YOU COME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT :-)
