Do I need an appointment?

We always recommend booking an appointment to ensure we have a stylist on hand to help and your own private suite for the duration of an appointment, however if we have availability, we will always welcome a walk in.

How long does an appointment last?

Most of our standard appointments are 90 minutes. Our upgraded experiences (like Blushing Bride and Bride Tribe) are 2 hours, giving you extra time to relax with a glass of fizz.

How many guests can I bring?

Our Classic appointment accommodates the Bride + 3 guests. Our Blushing Bride handles Bride + 5 guests. For larger groups, our Bride Tribe appointment allows for Bride + 8 guests. We generally recommend bringing just 2–3 trusted loved ones for a calmer experience.

Nude, seamless underwear is best. A well-fitting bra can help you feel comfortable while changing, though most dresses have built-in support. If you plan to wear shapewear on the day, bring it along!

Yes! We just remind brides that mobile phone cameras rarely capture the true detail and fit of a designer dress, so always make your decision based on how you look and feel in the mirror, not on the screen.

Where is the best place to park?

We're based at Castle House, 7a Castle Meadow, Norwich NR1 3BY. The closest car park is Castle Quarter, with Rose Lane and St Andrews multi-storey car parks just short walks away. We're also only a 10-minute walk from Norwich Train Station.

Do you stock plus-size samples?

Yes, we pride ourselves on being inclusive. Our showroom dresses range from a UK size 8 up to a UK size 30.

Can I buy off the peg?

Yes! If you fall in love with the pristine showroom dress you try on, you can often purchase it directly and take it home the very same day. This is perfect for short timescales or if you want to take your dress home on the same day.

Do you offer alterations?

Alterations are not included in the dress price. We have a network of recommended independent bridal seamstresses who will quote you directly. Budget roughly £200–£400 for standard alterations.

Are dresses returnable?

Because made-to-order dresses are commissioned specifically for you, and collection dresses are sold as seen, all sales are final and non-returnable.

What is your price range?

Our collection ranges from £1,200 to £3,500. We also have Off The Peg options available. We offer flexible Payl8r finance to help spread the cost.

What designers do you stock?

We stock Milla Nova (exclusive Norfolk stockist), Maggie Sottero, Ellis Bridals, Jane Aston, and Jarice Bridal, plus our own hand-curated Iconic Collection, available exclusively at Pure Brides.

Do you stock Milla Nova?

Yes, we are the exclusive stockist for Milla Nova in Norfolk, offering their high-fashion European designs to our brides in Norwich.
