Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Pure Brides website or booking an appointment with us. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pure Brides is a luxury bridal showroom based at Castle House, 7a Castle Meadow, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 3BY. We are a registered business in England and Wales. You can contact us at hello@purebrides.co.uk or by calling +44 1603 334129.

2. Appointments

  • All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
  • We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
  • If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee for repeated missed appointments without notice.
  • We recommend bringing no more than three guests to your appointment to ensure the most relaxed and personal experience.

3. Orders and Purchases

  • All orders are subject to a signed order form and an initial payment, details of which will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
  • Made-to-order dresses are ordered in your chosen size from the designer; alterations are not included in the dress price unless otherwise stated.
  • Off-the-peg purchases are sold as seen. Any faults or concerns must be raised before purchase.
  • Prices displayed are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • A dress is only confirmed as ordered once an initial payment has been received and an order form has been signed by both parties.

4. Payments

  • Initial payments are non-returnable. Once an initial payment has been received and an order form signed, that payment is retained by Pure Brides.
  • The balance of your order is due when your dress arrives in store, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to collect your dress within a reasonable period after it arrives may result in storage charges or forfeiture of the dress.
  • We accept payment by card, bank transfer, and approved finance providers. Cash is not accepted.

5. Cancellations

  • Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of bridal dresses, cancellations after an order has been placed may result in the loss of your initial payment and, in some cases, additional charges depending on the stage of production.
  • Once you have taken a dress from our store, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a dress arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will work with you and the designer to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

6. Finance

We offer access to consumer finance through Payl8r (Social Money Ltd t/a Payl8r), an FCA-authorised lender. Pure Brides acts as an Introducer Appointed Representative. Finance is subject to status and affordability checks. Missed payments may affect your credit file. We encourage you to read all finance terms carefully before agreeing.
