From the moment you arrive at our Norwich showroom, the experience is yours. Every appointment takes place in your own private bridal suite, with a dedicated stylist and plenty of space to relax, settle in and enjoy the moment with the people you have chosen to bring.
Your stylist will take the time to get to know you, understand your wedding and discover how you want to feel in your dress. She will listen, offer honest advice and gently guide you through our collections, always allowing you to set the pace.
Whether you arrive with a clear vision or no idea where to begin, there is no right or wrong way to find your dress. Some brides know immediately. Others need time to compare, revisit and think. What matters is that you feel comfortable, understood and completely yourself.
And when you do find the one, we will be ready to celebrate with you beneath our iconic yes arch. Because finding your wedding dress is about far more than what you wear. It is a moment you will remember.

Once you've found 'the one', there are two ways to say yes at Pure, depending on your timeline and preferences. Both options are available during any appointment.
Made to Order Dress
You'll try on our showroom samples (UK sizes 10 to 24) to find 'The One', then we order a brand-new dress made to order in your size, available in sizes 2 to 30. This gives you the widest choice of designers and styles, and allows you to customise elements like colour or length. Even on a shorter timescale, we can often source a designer dress from current stock, so always ask us first.
Shop Out of the Collection
If you fall in love with the exact dress you're wearing, and it fits you beautifully, you can shop out of the collection. You'll purchase that pristine showroom dress and take it home the very same day. It's the perfect solution for shorter timescales, or if you simply can't wait to bring your dress home.

Easy to cancel or reschedule
Life happens. Simply send us a text, there's no charge to cancel, and any appointment fee paid is fully refundable with 24 hours' notice. Prefer to move the date? Your fee transfers automatically to your new appointment.

Pure Brides is fully accessible to all. Our Norwich showroom features a disabled lift, an accessible bathroom, and a dedicated wheelchair-accessible bridal lounge, so every bride can experience the joy of finding her dress in complete comfort and confidence.
