Pure Brides is not the right fit for every bride, and pretending otherwise would be doing you a disservice. We are a particular kind of experience, at a particular kind of price point, with a particular kind of approach. Some brides will love everything about that. Others will be better served somewhere else, and that is completely fine.

Who is Pure Brides designed for
We are, first and foremost, a showroom for brides who want more than a transaction. Every bridal appointment includes a private suite and a dedicated stylist, focused on you for the time you have booked.
A private suite is not the same as having the whole showroom to yourselves. Exclusive use of the entire showroom is part of VIB Luxe.
We have been doing this since 2005 and are members of the Retail Bridalwear Association (RBA). Those things matter to us not as credentials to display, but because they represent the care and experience we have built over time.
Our stylists bring years of experience working with brides. They know how to listen, how to read a room, and how to find the dress that is right for you, not just the one that looks good on a hanger.
Our suites are quiet, private and relaxed. If you have visited a high street showroom and found the experience too noisy or impersonal, this is likely to feel very different.
We see a lot of brides who come to us after an experience that did not feel right. We take that seriously. We know what a difference the right environment and the right person can make.
Pricing, timelines, what alterations cost, what happens if something goes wrong. We believe in telling you all of it upfront, even when it is not the most comfortable conversation.
The dresses we carry
Our collection is hand-curated from some of the world's leading bridal designers, and includes our own exclusive private label, Iconic, which is available only through Pure Brides. Every dress in our showroom has been chosen deliberately, and our stylists know each one in detail.
Our price point, honestly
We are transparent about this from the very first conversation, because we think you deserve to know before you come in and fall in love with something.
The majority of our gowns are between £1,600 and £2,000. Gowns you can buy directly from our collection start at £800, so please tell us what you are comfortable spending before ruling yourself out.
Alterations are separate, with fittings and payment arranged directly with an independent seamstress. Our alterations guide explains the process and recommended budget.
Ask us for the charges relevant to your order before settling your total budget. We have not included an assumed fee in these figures.
We carry veils, hair accessories and finishing pieces. These are entirely optional and there is never any pressure to add them.
What matters is whether you love the dress and feel comfortable with the complete cost. Our pricing guide sets out the charges and payment options.
Tell us. A gown you can buy directly from our collection may be a useful route, subject to the dresses available and the fit and alterations needed. A starting price is not a promise that every total budget can be met, but it is a reason to have a conversation rather than assume Pure is not for you.
What happens when you come in
Every appointment begins with a conversation. Before your stylist pulls a single dress, they will spend time getting to know you. Your wedding, your vision, what you have seen that you love, what has not felt right. Then they will build a selection tailored specifically to you and work through it at your own pace, in your own private suite.
We never pressure you to decide on the day. We do not use countdown tactics or suggest a dress is nearly gone. We know how significant this decision is, and we will never do anything to rush it. If you find your dress in the first appointment, wonderful. If you do not, that is completely fine too. We will note everything that did and did not work, and you are welcome to come back.

Who might be better served elsewhere
Being genuinely useful means being honest about when we are not the right fit. None of the following are criticisms; they are simply honest observations about fit, and a showroom that knows who it is for is one worth trusting.
Our collection-purchase starting point is £800, with alterations, delivery and storage separate. If the options available do not work within the amount you want to spend, we will be honest about that before you decide.
Our appointments involve a stylist working closely alongside you throughout. If you prefer to look at your own pace without guidance, the format may feel too structured.
That is a reason to contact us first, not a reason you are unwelcome. We can check designers' available stock, our own collection and any suitable rush orders, then tell you what is practical for your date.
Our approach is considered and curated rather than high volume. Some brides find this a relief; others prefer a different kind of session. Both are valid.
The things that genuinely do not matter to us
No two brides we have helped have been the same, and we would not want them to be. Here is what has never once affected the quality of care we give.
